Hi there. I am so happy I saw this post before we left on a recent trip to Munich, Vienna, and Prague and decided to try it. We just got back Sunday and happy to say that it worked great! The only time it didn’t work was when we were out of cell site area such as in the Alps. Thus it wouldn’t work on ships either, but ti was definitely worth the money we spent on it. Thanks for sharing this post. Hope other readers will try it too.

Is there a weekly subscription available as well? 70 bucks per week is quite a bit…

Hi Joy! The one I usually use is for a month, but they also have day passes. Alternatively, there is a Pay-Per-GB they offer. I would suggest browsing their site or contacting their customer service to see if there’s something better suited to your travel plans 🙂

Día de los Muertos in Oaxaca, Mexico! 💀🌼🇲🇽
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
In 2024, I finally got to experience Día de Muertos in Oaxaca, and it was everything I’d hoped for and more! This had been on my bucket list for YEARS.

One of the things I admire most about Mexican culture is the beautiful way they honor those who have passed. Losing someone we love is one of the hardest parts of being human, and I think there’s something so special about having an annual tradition dedicated to remembering and celebrating their lives.

Día de Muertos is actually a multi-day celebration, with different days dedicated to honoring loved ones who have passed, including children and pets.

Families create beautiful ofrendas (altars) filled with photos, marigolds, candles, and their loved ones’ favorite foods and drinks. It’s believed that their spirits return to visit, and these offerings help welcome them home.

What I love most is that it’s not about forgetting the sadness of losing someone. It’s about making space for the joy of having loved them in the first place.

I just think the world could use a little more of this ❤️

There’s a reason leaf peeping is practically a sport here! Winding country roads, covered bridges, ridiculously charming little towns, apple cider donuts, and fall colors that somehow look even better in person.

An autumn road trip through New England is one of those trips that absolutely lives up to the hype.

💌 Drop “FALL” in the comments and I’ll send you my complete New England fall road trip guide, including my favorite stops, scenic drives, and everything you need to plan your own trip!
