We used your itinerary extensively. Hints for Algulhas, Hermanus, Emily Moon were all great. Ironically we too hit a rainy day (today)in Nature’s Valley! I guess we will check out the Birds of Eden and the Monkeyland today!

  2. I just read your post on the ultimate Garden Route road trip itinerary, and it’s absolutely wonderful! Your detailed day-by-day breakdown makes planning such a trip seem not only manageable but incredibly exciting. The diversity of experiences you’ve included, from the stunning ocean views at Mossel Bay to the wildlife encounters in Addo Elephant National Park, truly showcases the beauty and variety of the Garden Route. Your tips, like the best spots for photo ops and where to enjoy a delicious meal, are super helpful. I also appreciate the practical advice on accommodations and travel times, which can be crucial for a successful road trip. Your post has definitely inspired me to consider this adventure for my next holiday. I’m from Cape Town, so it’s not too far to drive and can make for an amazing road trip! Thanks for sharing your journey and these invaluable tips! Your passion for travel shines through in every paragraph. I can’t wait to follow along on your next adventure! Keep up the fantastic work.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
