We are currently planning our first trip ever to Morocco in April 2020 and your posts are the best to help me plan it all. A real treasure! I was wondering if you could tell me where you got that white and red shawl, it is beautiful! Thanks a bunch 🙂

    Hi there!

I’ll be traveling to Morocco next week and your blog was def a life saver so thank you!!! As far as your cell phone, did you just buy a SIM card in Morocco and pop it into your iPhone or whatever device you had? And it had access to data and messaging?

Hey Alyssa! Depending on the country I can sometimes get my phone plan to allow for a few days in another country, but USUALLY doing this with a SIM card will definitely work and you can typically pick them up at convenience shops. I would suggest joining the TBA Travel Tribe on Facebook and asking the ladies there about their experience: https://www.facebook.com/groups/947813952040668/

Ever wondered what it’s like to visit Mars without leaving Earth? 🚀

Welcome to Wadi Rum, Jordan — the red desert wonderland that feels like another planet. 🌌

From racing through the dunes on a 4x4 tour, to sleeping under the stars in a Martian-style tent 🛖✨, to soaring over the landscape in a hot air balloon at sunrise 🎈— this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Add Wadi Rum to your bucket list — you won’t believe it’s real until you see it.

Back in Jordan for the fourth time, and it continues to inspire me just as much as it did on my first visit in 2012! 🐪

Jordan remains one of my all-time favorite destinations thanks to its incredible diversity and rich cultural experiences.

From exploring the ancient city of Petra and floating in the healing waters of the Dead Sea, to discovering the vibrant streets of Amman, sleeping under the stars in the Wadi Rum desert, and scuba diving in the crystal-clear Red Sea in Aqaba—every journey here offers something unforgettable.

One experience I always recommend (and can’t wait to do again) is canyoning the Siq Trail in Wadi Mujib.

There’s truly no place like Jordan. 🇯🇴✨
