And of course always wear a helmet while being on or driving a scooter.

Hi! I love all your info on how to travel in Bali. I am planning a surprise trip for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday, we have two weeks. How long do you recommend staying in Bali for? We have about 30hs of travel from Argentina, would you recommend venturing farther to other countries/cities?
    Thank you!!!

Hi Delfina! There’s so much to see and do in Bali — you could easily spend 4-5 days, or a week there. However, it really depends on what you’re wanting to do (hang by the beach/pool most days, explore, etc.) Regarding other countries or cities to visit — my advice would be to not try to cram in too many things or rush while you’re traveling, so while you can definitely explore other parts of Indonesia, it might be too much to add other countries to your itinerary. Definitely check out my Ultimate Indonesia travel guide for more ideas of where to go outside of Bali! https://www.theblondeabroad.com/ultimate-indonesia-travel-guide/

Ever wondered what it’s like to visit Mars without leaving Earth? 🚀

Welcome to Wadi Rum, Jordan — the red desert wonderland that feels like another planet. 🌌

From racing through the dunes on a 4x4 tour, to sleeping under the stars in a Martian-style tent 🛖✨, to soaring over the landscape in a hot air balloon at sunrise 🎈— this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Add Wadi Rum to your bucket list — you won’t believe it’s real until you see it.

Back in Jordan for the fourth time, and it continues to inspire me just as much as it did on my first visit in 2012! 🐪

Jordan remains one of my all-time favorite destinations thanks to its incredible diversity and rich cultural experiences.

From exploring the ancient city of Petra and floating in the healing waters of the Dead Sea, to discovering the vibrant streets of Amman, sleeping under the stars in the Wadi Rum desert, and scuba diving in the crystal-clear Red Sea in Aqaba—every journey here offers something unforgettable.

One experience I always recommend (and can’t wait to do again) is canyoning the Siq Trail in Wadi Mujib.

There’s truly no place like Jordan. 🇯🇴✨
