  1. A wonderful post. Fatigue during travel can surely ruin or at least dampen your experience. Eating right, drinking enough water and getting enough sleep should be right on top of the agenda.

  2. Thank you, there’s a lot of good reminders there. I’m going to google those dried tart cherries, I don’t usually really like cherries but I’ll give them a go, especially if they help me to sleep on the plane. Trips from Australia to the USA or Europe are so long!

    • I’m not a hug fan of normal cherries but these are pretty tasty, especially if you mix them into a trail mix or something! 🙂
