Can’t agree more with some of the reasons you’ve mentioned. It is simply the easiest way to learn a new language. I learnt a lot of German in a semester abroad.
And most importantly it helps you get out of your comfort zone and become independent.

Great article! I studied abroad in France when I was at University…a priceless experience that helped me become the person I am today. Now I help others study abroad and include volunteering in this (something I also did and at age 24 I came to Guatemala and have since built my life here!). • So happy to hear that! Thanks for sharing Sarah!

If there’s one place that deserves a spot on your fall travel bucket list, it’s New England. 🍁🍂

There’s a reason leaf peeping is practically a sport here! Winding country roads, covered bridges, ridiculously charming little towns, apple cider donuts, and fall colors that somehow look even better in person.

An autumn road trip through New England is one of those trips that absolutely lives up to the hype.

💌 Drop “FALL” in the comments and I’ll send you my complete New England fall road trip guide, including my favorite stops, scenic drives, and everything you need to plan your own trip!

There’s something so special about this season in the Cotswolds. Think charming little villages, cozy pubs, crisp morning walks, and scenery straight out of a storybook.

For every trip, travel guide and pretty photo you see, there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes.

I’m constantly writing, researching, planning what’s next, running multiple businesses… and currently using AI to help build an entirely new website.

My AMD Ryzen AI-powered laptop has become the command center for all of it. I can have approximately 47 things happening at once (a conservative estimate), and it keeps up with the chaos.

Because ultimately, the goal is to spend a little less time behind the screen and a lot more time out experiencing the world. ✈️
