  1. I totally agree with all of this! However, I am still nervous. I want to plan a solo trip to Thailand next summer (and I most likely will), but traveling to such a country by myself deems nerve wracking. How did you get over that initial fear and take the plunge?

    • Thailand is an AMAZING place for your first solo trip. It was mine as well! It definitely was scary because I had so many questions running through my head and pretty much every answer was unknown. But once I landed in Bangkok I realized I was worrying over nothing. There’s always someone willing to help and you will meet TONS of other travelers.

Hi, I saw your comment about planning a solo trip to thailand, and I just had to reply! I traveled in Thailand with a friend when we were only 19 & 20, and I promise you it is one of the EASIEST most FRIENDLY easy going relaxed place to go, you will be just fine alone, and if you feel lost, there is always a friendly face to help you. Most people speak English and are very helpful. It will change your life!

  2. This post is so perfect! I myself could have not agreed more. I have traveled solo only to find out a different life that exists out there. You come back as a confident woman who knows she can have it all. You know you’re no less and that is a great feeling to have both in your professional and personal life.
    Amazing post indeed 🙂

Thousands of unread emails. Hundreds of text messages I haven’t responded to.

Flights, content creation, school logistics, edits, visas — usually all open at the same time. When you’re juggling that many tabs, you need a laptop that can actually keep up.

My laptop is powered by AMD Ryzen AI and is built for real multitasking, lets me run AI tools directly on my laptop (even offline), and keeps my editing workflow moving fast.

Multitasking is a lifestyle. Good thing this one’s built for it.

There’s something really special about finding a place that feels like your own childhood… and what you always dreamed of for your own kid 🤍

Tucked away in the Cape Winelands, about an hour from Cape Town, South Africa, @camp.canoe is one of those places that somehow feels both completely off-grid and perfectly convenient.

Set on one of my favorite family-friendly wine farms, @boschendal, you get the best of both worlds—wide open space, no distractions, and just enough nearby to make it effortless with little ones (and fun for the adults).

Days here look like:
– swimming in the dam
– slow mornings outside
– wood-fired hot tub soaks
– braai (bbq) under the stars

It’s a little bit luxe, it’s nostalgic, and it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay just a little bit longer. ✨

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
